What areas do you service?

We service the entire Pilbara region including Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price, Paraburdoo, Marble Bar, Nullagine, and Onslow. We also run scheduled services to the Kimberley region including Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, and Kununurra.

What types of freight do you carry?

We handle light freight up to 2,500 kg using our Ford Ranger fleet with trailer options. Common loads include building supplies, mining parts, camp provisions, fencing materials, station supplies, machinery parts, and general cargo.

What is the difference between Standard and Hotshot service?

Accepted Answer

Standard service is regular freight delivery, typically scheduled for the next available day. Hotshot (urgent) service is for time-critical deliveries that need to go same day or next morning, with a premium rate for priority scheduling.

Do you deliver to mine sites?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver to all major mine sites across the Pilbara including FMG, Rio Tinto, BHP, Roy Hill, and Woodside operations. Some sites require current inductions for entry.

Do you provide forklift or loading/unloading services?

Accepted Answer

No. Pilbara Freight does not have forklift capacity or loading/unloading equipment. Each location — both pickup and delivery — is responsible for managing the loading and unloading of freight.
